To meet the needs of students, employers and the market, the OVSQ has developed an educational programme that allows students to continue their education throughout their careers.

This allows working people to continue their education throughout their professional careers in order to adapt to changing techniques, to improve their skills, and thus to adapt to the demands of their work. It also allows people who have taken a break in their professional activity to return to work.

All of the OVSQ courses are available as further education.

• Block-release study is a work/study experience where the person concerned - the student or apprentice - alternates between work in a company and study in an educational establishment.
• It is important to differentiate between the two types of block-release contracts that exist, the apprenticeship contract and the professional contract, the main difference being that the apprenticeship contract requires that the employee be trained in a Training Centre for Work-Study and it is mainly intended for young people under 25 years old.
• The OVSQ works with the ESSYM training centre and the CFA Union for the logistics branch.

It is also possible for non-European students to apply for a work-study program if they hold a resident’s permit with work authorisation without a limit of hours.
The following OVSQ courses are available as block-release training.

• Sciences and techniques of logistics engineering, e-logistics and sustainable supply chain (LOGISTICS)
• Corporate social responsibility and the environment (CSR)
• Economic analysis and risk governance (AEGR)

It is also possible for non-European students to apply for a work-study program if they have been in France for at least a year when the contract is signed.

Online education is an important challenge for OVSQ.
This type of education uses digital tools via the Internet.
This can be initial or further education, individual or collective or carried out remotely. Tutoring, apprenticeship and traditional classroom sessions can be incorporated. Distance tutoring is also a possibility.
